About me

I’m a therapist who believes healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My work blends CBT, DBT, and person-centred therapy to support adults dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I focus on creating a safe and grounding space where clients can slow down, explore their emotions, and learn practical skills that support them beyond the therapy room.

As a certified counselling psychologist, I am trained in evidence-based approaches and have supported over 300 individuals across the globe on their mental health journeys. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and practical, with an emphasis on emotional awareness, healthier thinking patterns, and coping tools that can be applied in everyday life. I founded Piece of Mind with the belief that people do not need to be fixed, but need space to feel, reflect, and understand themselves with care and clarity.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
