About me
I grew up feeling quite unseen and unheard. Those experiences shape how I hold space as a therapist today, with deep empathy, steady presence, and a commitment to offering the kind of support every human deserves. I’m a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and multi-culturally sensitive therapist who believes the wisdom you seek already lives within you. My approach is rooted in seeing people as whole, beyond labels or diagnoses. I care about how you have survived, how you have adapted, and how you want to grow. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, relationship or work stress, or carrying pain from your past, we work together to make sense of it and build a skill toolkit that fit your life.
Alongside therapy, I have led consultant projects for companies like Sigachi Industries after the recent explosion at their plant and delivered talks for Invesco on workplace well-being and mental health. I have also worked with educational institutions with objectives to make real impact. I also got to work with Residential Bridge Camp (MVF), an NGO that rescues girl children from child labour, helping bridge learning gaps so they can rejoin mainstream schooling. I find deep joy in inculcating emotional literacy among youth. I work with individuals across walks of life: senior leaders; early career professionals; those exploring identity; navigating grief or life transitions. I hold a commitment to supporting people who went through adverse childhood experiences; identify with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I look forward to meeting your story, or your organisation’s, with the same compassion, curiosity, and care.
My Areas of Expertise
Key Therapeutic Approaches I use
Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
