About me

Dr. Ashish Yadav is a psychiatrist with a strong foundation in psychiatric medicine and holistic mental health care. He is trained in modern diagnostic and therapeutic practices and is deeply interested in integrating psychiatric pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and yogic sciences to offer comprehensive, person-centred treatment.

During his postgraduate training in psychiatry, he developed expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a wide range of mental health conditions across both outpatient and inpatient settings. His clinical approach is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to the unique emotional, psychological, and lifestyle needs of each individual.

Dr. Yadav works with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship and marital challenges, addiction, grief, work-related stress, sleep difficulties, motivation issues, and emotional regulation. Alongside psychotherapy, he provides psychiatric evaluations and clinical diagnoses where appropriate.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
