Janaki bhand

Ms. Janaki Bhand is a seasoned Clinical and Counseling Psychologist with over 14 years of experience in the field. She holds a Gold Medal in her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from IEHE Bhopal, MP, completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2008, and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Fergusson College, Pune, in 2009.

Ms. Bhand is also a trained REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) practitioner, having earned her certification from the Albert Ellis Institute in India. She operates her own counseling and training venture under the brand name “Soch,” where she offers a range of psychological services.

As a member of the Maharashtra Dyslexia Association, Ms. Bhand is committed to addressing cognitive and emotional challenges through various therapeutic approaches. Her expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), treatment for anxiety disorders, family counseling, and adolescent medicine.
