Sonal Sonawani is a renowned Psychologist based in Pune, specializing in depression and relationship issues. She holds a Masters in Psychology from Fergusson College and is a certified Couple Therapist with the Gottman Institute (USA) and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy (UK). Sonal is also an International Affiliate with the American Psychological Association (APA).

She is the Founder of CEDAR (Center for Depression Anxiety Relationships), where she has developed over 10 unique programs for NGOs and psychological organizations across Maharashtra.
