About me

Pragya Sharma is a licensed Clinical Psychologist trained at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. She follows an eclectic and integrative therapeutic approach, drawing primarily from Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Third Wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Pragya works with children, adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. She tailors her therapeutic approach to each individual's needs, experiences, and goals, recognising that no two therapeutic journeys are the same.

She aims to create a warm, honest, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences openly, develop greater self-understanding, and work towards meaningful change. Her approach supports clients in reconnecting with themselves and moving through life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
