About me

Raunak is an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with 5 years of experience in the field. He is a client centred therapist using an evidence based approach. Raunak completed his Masters in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Mumbai and was a Gold medalist in his batch. Further he went on to complete his M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Mumbai. He has been a visiting faculty at Amity University. His research work has also been published in the Journal of Psychosocial Research. During his M.Phil. tenure, he gained extensive experience working in both government and private hospital settings with clients having varied difficulties and coming from diverse backgrounds. Raunak believes in giving back to society and has been working with an NGO dedicated to children for the past 10 years. In his current practice Raunak has special interests in working with clients dealing with difficulties such as mood disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders, Obsessive- compulsive disorders, relationship challenges, personality vulnerabilities, Psychological trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism, addictions and related challenges.

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
