About me

I began my professional journey in the IT industry, working with leading organizations such as TCS and Oracle for over seven years. My passion for understanding human behaviour and emotional well-being eventually led me to transition into the field of mental health. In 2008, I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology and have since pursued specialized training and certifications in counseling, professional supervision, and community mental health.

As a Mental Health Professional, I offer counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. I also provide professional supervision for counselors and students - both individually and in groups and collaborate with organizations as part of Employee Wellness Services (EWS). In addition, I am a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer, and a passionate mental health advocate, facilitator, and trainer, committed to promoting psychological well-being in personal, educational, and workplace settings.

My work spans across diverse age groups- from children and adolescents to adults. I offer counseling, psychotherapy, and workshops focused on mental health & counselling. I follow an eclectic approach integrating various therapeutic frameworks like CBT, EFT, SFBT, MI, DBT, TA & Psychodynamic.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
