About me

I believe there is a lot to learn from everyone around us. When I look at the world, I see the incredible capacity people have to grow, adapt, and move toward better versions of themselves. Being part of that journey feels meaningful and humbling.

I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. from JSS Medical College and Hospital. I am trained in psychometric assessments, multiple therapeutic approaches, and clinical research. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and flexible, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, MBCT, ACT, IPT, Person-Centred Therapy, and Supportive Psychotherapy based on what best suits each individual.

I have experience working with young adults navigating anxiety and mood-related concerns, substance use, adjustment challenges, procrastination, perfectionism, relationship stress, and major life transitions. At the core of my work is the belief that mental health is an ongoing process, not a fixed destination.

Therapy with me is a space where no feeling is wrong, no thought is too small, and your pace matters. Our early sessions will focus on building rapport, understanding your needs, and collaboratively setting goals. I believe a supportive therapeutic alliance is key to meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
