I was born and raised up in a small town in HP. I finished my Master of Mass Communication from Panjab University and went to work with a news production house. Over the years i have worked as a journalist & a PR professional.

I have two children. Girl (15) and a boy (8) and I have learnt a lot about myself while raising them up. Motherhood has been as much testing as it has been rewarding. I now consider myself somewhat of a parenting expert w/o any fancy degree. In a relationship that I am still navigating, I have first hand experience of subtle domestic and mental abuse.

As a person very conscious of her own behaviour, triggers and emotions I think I can offer you empathy and lessons from my experiences.
