I became separated and a single parent at the age of 40, after stepping out of a 13-year-long relationship. When faced with a choice between fear and freedom, I chose freedom - and that decision became the beginning of a deeply transformative chapter of my life. I live with migraine and chronic back pain. I am also a dental professional and a primary caregiver to my mother, who is living with heart failure. These experiences have strengthened my ability to listen deeply, hold space with care, and support others through both emotional and physical journeys.
