Growing up in a joint family with an emotionally distant father, I often felt overlooked and struggled with a lack of attention and time from him. Being the second girl child, I faced societal bias, with my mother being the only one to truly celebrate me.

Living in a household filled with constant conflicts and dysfunction, I lacked a sense of security and struggled with my self-esteem. Academic failures further intensified my struggles. I was diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, and severe depression in 2021. Despite ghosting therapy twice, I persisted and finally found a therapist who helped me rebuild my sense of self.

Through my therapy journey and my mom's unwavering support, I have healed from childhood trauma, learned to set boundaries, and stopped letting emotional manipulation dictate my decisions.

Now, I'm here to offer empathy and support to others on their healing journeys.
