I’m an entrepreneur and self-growth enthusiast who has experienced my own share of relationship challenges, grief, and emotional ups and downs. Alongside the demands of work and building a career, I’ve navigated difficult personal phases that taught me how meaningful it can be to have someone who listens with kindness and without judgment.

These experiences inspired me to become a peer supporter and create a space where people can speak openly, make sense of what they’re feeling, and feel less alone. I’m here to support those navigating loss, difficult relationships, emotional overwhelm, career pressures, or challenging transitions in life.
