I was born in UP and shifted to Baroda, as my dad was in the Air Force, There's a family issue my mom had with my grandmother (mom's in-laws) that affected my childhood.
I faced bullying in school due to body image. This anxiety and exam stress caused academic failure, which resulted in suicidal thoughts. I tackled mental health challenges like depression as I was lonely and isolated. The friends I expected would be there when I needed them were not there, but my bond with family provided vital support with issues of my toxic friend and loneliness.

Coping with the grief & loss of my father as I lost him a few years ago. These experiences drive my passion for helping, and connecting with others on their unique journeys.
