I’m a trainer and self-growth facilitator who was diagnosed as autistic later in life, which helped me understand many of my earlier struggles with anxiety, depression, burnout, loneliness, and a lack of belonging. I’ve also experienced heartbreak, difficult relationships, and an abusive relationship, and I know how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel.

My own challenges led me to explore self-reflection, mindfulness, spirituality, and inner work from an early age. Over time, these helped me rebuild my sense of self, develop greater self-awareness, and find more meaning and direction in life.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for anyone navigating similar struggles, relationship challenges, loneliness, or questions around self-growth and purpose.
