During my adolescent and early adulthood years, faced a number of overwhelming emotions in terms of all the transitional phases that take place from school to college and then college to job. Felt helpless and clueless combined with feelings of self doubt. In addition to this, due to constant turmoils and because of being overly involved in my long-term relationship, stopped practicing self-care or self-love. 

Broke up, stood up for myself all throughout to build up my individual identity and uniqueness. While I look back today, I wish I had someone to just talk to and share my feelings as it would not lead to further deterioration of my mental health. Thus, I am willing and would be grateful to be able to hear and understand anyone coming forth to share their story.
