I'm a young doctor navigating the world of medicine with a stethoscope in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other. At the tender 16, I faced depression and anxiety while preparing for competitive exams, which underscored the importance of mental health in young people.
My path led me from med school in the Caribbean to clinical clerkships in the USA, and finally to India. Along the way, I battled COVID-19 five times. Growing up in boarding school and later coaching in Kota instilled in me resilience and the significance of mental well-being.
Driven by my experiences, I am passionate about advocating for mental health and supporting others on their journeys.
