Have struggled with low self-esteem for years now which severely impacted how I communicated in relationships and how I perceived my role in one. My low self-esteem led to a very anxious attachment style and a very volatile temperament when it came to relationships. While I am mindful of this now, I still struggle with it.
Took a 1.5 years break during 2020-2021 to quit city life and a regular high-wrung corporate job. This was motivated by a need to understand and question some fundamental assumptions about how I live my life. While the break was short-lived, it had a lasting impact on how I perceive things and people around me.
