Endometriosis defined my life for the longest time. The excruciating pain, the misdiagnosis, the wrong removal of appendix , the surgeries, the hormonal treatment, all at 26 years and then by 28 years with first child hemorrhagic emergency preterm delivery, more surgeries…it flaring up again…I lived through it in constant fear… it always seemed like life was pausing , to deal with pain, to bring up my kiddo without any support, my own identity and self was lost but somewhere it also taught me to reconnect with things that felt right- Yoga, Mindfulness…it also taught me that I can learn, grow, evolve heal at any age.
