Born into a yoga family, and raised in a beautiful and nurtured environment. Moved country at age 14, and returned at 18. The transition impacted me. I trained in Bharatha Natyam and worked with a Contemporary Dance Company in the UK. I focused on education over the last two decades.

Had a difficult marriage, separated on and off for several years due to an emotional limbo state, and divorced in order to bring up my son in peace. Currently going through perimenopausal symptoms. Different chapters in my life have helped me evolve into a strong, resilient and empathetic woman who is at hand to those that seek my intuitive guidance, help, and advice. I would like to help and pursue counselling further as the challenges of mental well-being takes the spotlight more so now than ever. 

My lifestyle stems around fitness, healthy eating, self-care, friends, hikes, good podcasts, and quality time and holidays with my son. I am drawn to spirituality.
