I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 1 in 2018, following a period of personal turmoil rooted in the breaking of a moral precept. This experience deepened my understanding of the profound connection between mental well-being and ethical living.
Since then, I’ve committed myself to sharing the transformative power of mindfulness and moral discipline by teaching the Five Precepts and mindfulness meditation in schools and orphanages.
I am open to conversations around managing regret, cultivating a contented present, and walking the path toward freedom from suffering caused by one’s own mental defilements.
