In 2020, my partner of 4 years broke up with me. Considering that I believed that my partner was the one for me, my best friend, and someone I wished to marry, it destroyed me. Coming to terms with that — allowing myself to feel what I did, and a process of acceptance and self-reflection over time has changed me for the better. I feel like I've evolved as a person and that I understand myself quite well. I'm also on good terms with my former partner, who remains one of my closest friends.

I was accepted by a reputed international university for a Master's course. Due to certain personal struggles, which emerged from procrastination and depression, I could not complete the degree. Since then, I've worked on my tendency to procrastinate to a point where I'm doing extremely well in a strict deadline-oriented/high-pressure job. I've also developed a sense of presence where I recognise and address negative patterns of thinking before they spiral further.
