I am a medical doctor studying how trauma (physical and psychological) affects the frontal lobes and leads to a diminished ability to control impulses, which in turn leads to suicidal behavior, alcohol and other drug abuse.
As a teenager, I struggled with anxiety and as an adult, I have gone through a painful break-up. Breakup was tough as I had completely trusted the other person and had ignored all red flags. During professional life, I have constantly re-invented myself to cope the professional challenges and in this process I have dealt with some of difficult personalities at workplace. Now I am entering into new phase of parenting a teenager and learning about my parenting skills. My family and friends have been very supportive along the way and I have never taken any medication. I have now settled in well with my wife and daughter and lead a successful life. I practice a heathy lifestyle and try to help others in their life journey. Apart from that I shifted countries for my career.
