There was a time when my co-founder got into PTSD at the peak of our startupās journey. I got into substance addictions and was just passing the days aimlessly.
But the end of the road demands you to make transitions thereby I somehow crossed the meditative road and realized how much more we are to the world than just our physical body. That is when I got this calling in the mental health industry which is so energetic. All my absorptions right from the food I eat to thoughts, and words, and then taking it to optional actions is not that difficult practice. I transitioned my career path with respect to my field and my industry.
Lastly, I am a firm believer in this quote - āKarma is real. Give more. Way more. Giving is the purest form of happinessā
