I have experienced self-esteem and confidence issues due to childhood bullying, which led to a significant loss of confidence in myself. It was difficult for me to rebuild my self-esteem, but I worked hard to overcome my negative self-talk and feelings of worthlessness through therapy. Along the way, I also discovered my sexuality and went through a journey of accepting it, which brought its own set of challenges. Later on, I found myself in an extremely toxic relationship where I was being groomed, and it had a devastating impact on my mental health and self-worth. 

Through extensive therapy, self-care practices, and support from loved ones, I was able to regain my confidence and become a stronger and more resilient person. I have my moments where I still struggle with a lot of these things till date, but have been able to take control and prioritise myself and my happiness in this process!
