Growing up, I experienced a difficult childhood marked by physical and emotional abuse, where academic success was valued above my emotional well-being. Those early experiences left deep emotional scars that continued to influence my relationships and sense of self.
As an adult, I married someone with narcissistic traits, and my childhood trauma was repeatedly used against me throughout our 10-year marriage. After discovering my partner's infidelity, I experienced the profound pain of betrayal trauma. The marriage eventually ended in divorce, and I also had to face the heartbreaking separation from my children. Today, I continue to fight for my rights as both a father and an individual.
While my journey has been incredibly challenging, it has also taught me resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of healing. I hope to use my lived experiences to support others navigating childhood trauma, emotional abuse, betrayal, divorce, or separation from their children, offering them a space where they feel heard, understood, and less alone.
