Goals of the group

The goal of these booster sessions is to offer a supportive, hands-on space for individuals continuing their recovery from OCD. The sessions are designed to strengthen the foundational skills learned in the initial program, introduce advanced techniques for coping with intrusive thoughts and compulsions, and promote long-term emotional resilience. Participants will refine their ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) skills, learn to navigate subtle OCD symptoms, and develop practical strategies for managing life stressors, emotional triggers, and potential relapses. Each session emphasizes practical, action-oriented coping mechanisms, aiming to empower participants with a deeper understanding of their OCD and greater confidence in managing it over the long term.
