Ms. Reena Sharma is the Founder and Practicing Psychologist at The Mind Practice, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in psychological therapies, human resources, behavioral/soft skill training, and administration. She holds a Ph.D. and is a qualified Rehabilitation & Forensic Psychologist and criminologist, specializing in psychological and forensic psychological therapies, assessments, investigative techniques, and offender rehabilitation.

Reena has received comprehensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Forensic CBT, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for depression, personality disorders, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. Her training includes prestigious institutions such as the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, The Couples Institute, MI Ireland, and CBT Australia.
