About me

Prachi Vakil is a Counseling Psychologist with over 5 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology and has additional certification in Suicide Prevention. Prachi has worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, schizophrenia, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, and work-life balance challenges. She also conducts psychological assessments and provides academic and vocational guidance.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and humanistic and psychodynamic principles. She is trained in supporting individuals with self-harm behaviors and suicidal ideation, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for healing. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, Prachi believes that with the right guidance and support, every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
