About me

Aditi Sengupta is a Counsellor and Therapist who creates a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and work through what feels difficult.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and evidence-informed therapeutic practices, with a focus on emotional well-being, self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and personal growth. Aditi believes that therapy is not about "fixing" oneself, but about developing greater self-understanding and creating a life that feels more aligned with one's values and sense of self.

She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, supporting clients as they explore their experiences, build self-awareness, develop healthier boundaries, and work towards meaningful and sustainable personal growth.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
