About me

Ashna Gupta is a clinical psychologist who adopts a deeply client-centred and collaborative approach. Her practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship built collaboratively with each client. Her work is also informed by Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and adjustment difficulties, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem and confidence challenges, identity exploration, career stress, life transitions, and experiences of trauma.

Ashna believes that each person has their own rhythm and pace for growth and is committed to respecting each individual's journey with honesty, care, curiosity, and a willingness to explore what matters most to them.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
