About me

I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology and a Diploma in Counseling Psychology. I’m a Queer-Affirmative and Trauma-Informed therapist and supervisor, with over five years of experience in practice.

My approach to therapy is integrative, person-centred, and eclectic—drawing from various therapeutic methods and tailoring them to each person’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.

I work with individuals aged 18 and above, supporting them through a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-worth struggles, confidence-building, trauma, relationship challenges, queer identity exploration, work-life balance, and navigating life transitions.

Beginning therapy can stir up a lot, and that’s okay. My intention is to walk alongside you—holding space with care, compassion, and curiosity—so you feel supported, seen, and empowered throughout your journey.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
