About me

Neha Barik is a psychotherapist dedicated to creating safe, compassionate, and emotionally attuned spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes that meaningful therapeutic change begins with a trusting relationship and strives to meet every individual with curiosity, empathy, and respect for their unique experiences.

Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, developmental, and strength-based approach, integrating evidence-based practices to support emotional regulation, self-awareness and resilience. Neha works collaboratively with clients to understand the experiences that have shaped them while building on their existing strengths and capacities.

She believes no change happens in isolation and works collaboratively with the ecosystem when possible to support stability, connection and adaptability, with the intention not to “fix” the individual but to hold safer space to understand oneself better.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
