About me

Pallavi Singh is a Counselling Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Psychology. She provides confidential, empathetic, and client-centred counselling support to individuals navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, emotional difficulties, self-esteem, and personal challenges.

Pallavi focuses on creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves openly and feel heard and understood. Her approach encourages clients to develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and experiences while working towards healthier and more practical ways of coping.

Through counselling, she aims to support clients in building greater emotional awareness, resilience, and overall mental and emotional well-being.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
