About me

Prasiddhi Arora is a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. With three years of private practice experience, she works with adolescents and adults navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and emotional well-being. Her clinical experience spans private practice, government hospitals, military healthcare settings, and outpatient mental health services. She has provided over 600 hours of psychotherapy to more than 200 individuals and has extensive experience in psychological assessments.

Prasiddhi follows a warm, collaborative, and individualised approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, and trauma-informed approaches.

She aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Through therapy, she supports individuals in understanding their emotions, recognising unhelpful patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and navigating personal and interpersonal challenges. Her goal is to help clients build greater self-awareness and work towards meaningful change at their own pace.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
