About me

Pritha Khanduri is an RCI-registered Rehabilitation Psychologist and Psychotherapist with an M.Phil. in Rehabilitation Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. Her work focuses on helping young adults and adults navigate emotional difficulties, understand recurring patterns, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

She works with concerns including anxiety, depression, mood-related difficulties, OCD, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. Her approach recognises how early experiences, relationships, and life circumstances can shape emotional well-being and influence how we respond to challenges.

Pritha follows an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from psychodynamic and existential perspectives alongside evidence-informed therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and somatic interventions.

She aims to create a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore difficult emotions at their own pace, deepen their self-understanding, and develop practical coping strategies. Through therapy, she supports clients in building emotional resilience, strengthening their sense of agency, and moving towards meaningful and sustainable change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
