About me

Resham Agarwal is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 7 years of academic experience in the field of psychology. She follows an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to tailor the therapeutic process to each individual's needs.

Resham believes that therapy is a collaborative journey, where clients can explore their experiences, understand their challenges, and work towards goals that feel meaningful to them. She aims to create a confidential, compassionate, and supportive space where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves without judgment.

Her flexible therapeutic approach recognises that every individual has unique experiences and needs. She is committed to helping clients develop greater self-awareness, explore different perspectives, and work towards improved emotional well-being.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
