About me

Saalini Chandran believes therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of life's experiences. She aims to create a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and comfortable expressing themselves openly, without fear of being judged.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual's unique experiences. Rather than offering easy solutions or assuming she has all the answers, Saalini works alongside her clients to help them explore their feelings, understand their experiences, and discover their own way forward at a pace that feels right for them.

She views therapy as a collaborative process that allows individuals to reflect, develop self-understanding, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
