I am an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist utilising an integrative approach to psychotherapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults for various concerns including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, adjustment difficulties, and body image concerns. In addition to working with individuals and groups with diagnosable mental health conditions, I also assist those with subclinical presentations, facilitating coping mechanisms for anger, social inhibitions, and lack of assertiveness. I have also conducted multiple workshops and training programs in different states of India with parents, teachers, and students on different topics like stress and its management, sexuality education, career counseling, teacher training programs, the art of positive parenting, etc. When it comes to psychotherapy, one size hardly fits all, so I design my sessions based on the individual needs of my clients, borrowing from different approaches such as psychoanalytic, holistic, problem solving, and cognitive behaviour approaches. My strong connection with clients and my non-judgmental attitude gives them a safe space where they feel accepted and express themselves freely and with ease. I am deeply passionate about mental health and constantly work to spread awareness and reduce the stigma associated with it. Taking the plunge is most difficult but what follows is a beautiful life waiting to embrace you.
