About me

Yashika Dalvi is a Junior Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology. She believes that every individual has a unique story and deserves the time and space to understand their experiences at their own pace. She aims to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their concerns, reflecting on their experiences, and exploring their emotions openly.

Her approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-centred therapy, and couple therapy. She adapts her approach to each client's individual needs, recognising that everyone's experiences and paths towards change are different.

Yashika believes that meaningful change becomes possible when individuals have the right support and tools. She works with clients to navigate their current challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater self-awareness, helping them move towards a healthier and more fulfilling future.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
