About me

Aditi Ghatole is a trauma-informed mental health practitioner based in Mumbai, with over eight years of experience in psychotherapy and psychosocial support. She works from a queer-affirmative, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens, centring safety, consent, and care in the therapeutic process.

Aditi has extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse, gender-based violence, caste-based discrimination, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. Her approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from grief work, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), person-centred therapy, and somatic or body-based practices.

Her work prioritises nervous system regulation and emotional safety, allowing clients to move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. Aditi is committed to creating a therapeutic space that honours lived experience and supports deep, embodied healing.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
