About me

Disha Saraf believes psychotherapy can offer a meaningful space to connect with one’s authentic and vulnerable self - a space we are often deprived of. At the heart of her practice is the therapeutic relationship: one slowly built on trust, openness, and mutual understanding, where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.

Her approach recognises that people cannot be fully understood in isolation from their relationships or the social, cultural, and political contexts they navigate throughout their lives. Disha brings this awareness into her practice with sensitivity to the diverse experiences, identities, privileges, and biases that can shape both the client’s and therapist’s perspectives.

Disha’s approach to psychotherapy is person-centred, insight-oriented, trauma-informed, and depth-focused. She draws particularly from Narrative and Psychodynamic Relational frameworks, integrating their ideas to help clients explore the stories, patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape their understanding of themselves and others.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
