About me
Dr. Nabanita Sengupta, MBBS, MD Psychiatry, Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 10 years of clinical experience. A Gold Medalist in MD Psychiatry, she also completed her Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi and Certificate Course in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from IACAM. She specialises in Autism, ADHD, emotional and behavioural disorders, childhood trauma, and is a trained EMDR therapist and facilitator-in-training. Dr. Sengupta integrates trauma-informed, developmental, and biomedical, and pharmacological approaches to provide holistic care for young people and their families. She is actively involved in teaching, clinical training, and mental health advocacy, and works to bring mind–body and evidence-informed practices into child and adolescent mental health.

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
