About me

Ishika Mahajan is a Humanistic-Existential and Experiential Psychotherapist who works with individuals aged 17 and above, as well as couples. Her practice is collaborative and eclectic, grounded in Humanistic-Existential philosophy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), experiential approaches, and art-based and expressive modalities.

Ishika creates a therapeutic space rooted in presence, curiosity, compassion, and openness, where clients can explore their experiences and stories without judgment. She works with concerns including identity, self-worth and self-esteem, the inner critic, shame, attachment and interpersonal patterns, emotional regulation, grief, anxiety, and trauma.

Her approach is tailored to each client's unique experiences and needs, supporting them in developing greater self-understanding, emotional awareness, and meaningful connection with themselves and others.

Outside of her therapeutic practice, Ishika is an artist and writer who finds meaning and creativity in everyday experiences.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
