About me

Jayshree Kewalramani is a Counsellor and Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner who works with adults, navigating challenges related to relationships, grief, life transitions, trauma, neurodivergence, self-doubt, and emotional wellbeing. Her practice is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, rooted in the belief that every person is more than the struggles they carry.

Drawing from Narrative Therapy and Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy, Jayshree integrates expressive modalities such as movement, art, and storytelling to support deeper self-understanding, emotional integration, and meaning-making. With academic training in Mental Health, Counselling, and Postcolonial Literary and Cultural Studies, she brings a systemic and culturally responsive lens to her work. She strives to create a thoughtful, collaborative space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
