About me
Kashika is a trauma-focused psychotherapist who works from a psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective. Her approach centers on the ways we relate to ourselves and others, especially when past experiences make it difficult to fully engage with life.
Her work is long-term and deeply attuned to how clients see themselves and the relationships around them. She believes we are more than our symptoms, which is why she focuses on the whole of a client’s life, not just what feels difficult in the moment. Her work supports individuals in understanding the patterns that make it hard to feel authentic, spontaneous, and alive.

Key Therapeutic Approaches I use
Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
