About me
Hi, I’m Naveli, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My work centers on helping you connect with your emotions, understand them more deeply, and express them in ways that feel both healthy and authentic. I believe therapy is a space to feel deeply, a place where you can explore your inner world without fear of judgment.
My work is deeply rooted in a trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative, and relational approach. I believe emotions aren’t meant to be controlled but understood and integrated. Beyond traditional therapy rooms, I am passionate about creating alternative, community-driven spaces where healing happens through connection, storytelling, and shared experiences.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD and attachment difficulties, always through a socio-cultural lens. I draw from narrative therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic thought, not just for symptom relief, but to help people unpack their stories and make space for emotions in all their complexity.
In our work together, I use a Narrative lens to help you see your struggles as separate from who you are. You're not your anxiety, your grief, or your relationship patterns. This shift can open up space for change, space to reframe your story and reconnect with your strengths, values, and hopes.
My approach to therapy is in-depth and reflective. I work closely with your lived experiences, your relationships, attachment patterns, and the socio-cultural context that’s shaped your life. Together, we’ll explore the ‘why’ beneath your emotional experiences not just to understand them, but to transform how they live within you.

Key Therapeutic Approaches I use
Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
