About me
Sakshi J Danwwar is an internationally trained, South Asian Certified Level-3 IFS Therapist and trauma-informed psychotherapist based in Delhi. She works with adolescents, young adults, and couples through online and in-person therapy.
Her approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment-based approaches, nervous system support, Psychodynamic Therapy, and CBT. She follows a compassionate, non-pathologising approach, creating a safe space for clients to understand deeper emotional patterns and work towards healing.
Sakshi works with concerns including anxiety, complex trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, insomnia, overthinking, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and chronic health-related concerns. She has also worked with organisations including Delhi University, government ministries, the Indian Red Cross Society, IOCL, HCL, and Tihar Prisons, where she supported the mental health of adolescent inmates.
Alongside therapy, she provides couples therapy as well as training and supervision for therapists.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
