About me

Simran Brijwani is a Psychotherapist and Founder with an M.A. in Applied Psychology (Clinical) and over 4 years of experience, with 2,500+ hours of therapy practice. She works with adults aged 16 and above, creating a therapeutic space where clients can feel safe enough to be vulnerable and explore their experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.

Her approach is relational and process-oriented. Rather than focusing only on what feels difficult, Simran helps clients slow down and notice the patterns underneath their experiences, build on existing strengths, and pay attention to the connection between the mind and body.

Depending on each client's needs, she draws from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. She works with concerns including anxiety, life transitions, grief, childhood trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and neurodivergence.

Simran recognises that clients may not always have a clear name for what they are experiencing. Her approach allows space to explore these experiences at their own pace and gradually develop greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
