About me

Tanu Manav is a Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bengaluru, trained in psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapies. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients with a range of emotional, behavioural, interpersonal, and mental health concerns.

Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ERP, Behavioural Interventions, and Supportive Therapy. She also provides couple and family therapy, tailoring her approach to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family.

Tanu believes that meaningful healing begins in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful and sustainable change.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in scientific evidence, while remaining responsive to each client's experiences, needs, and goals.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
